“Excellent service. I went into the Willowbrook location for a rapid COVID 19 test sat 19 JULY around noon. They were extremely backed up, they gave me fair warning about it. After waiting for a few hours, I called to see how far along I was in the cue, and the ladies working at this location put my interests ahead of theirs and pointed out their sister location In the Heights had walk-ins available immediately. They have the same system, so they called ahead and when I got there, Hector and team at the Heights were ready for me. Extra kudos for that. The environment at both clinics was clean, the technicians and the doctor I spoke with after my test results came out were very professional, kind, and attentive. Yes, I would have left the same review if my test results had delivered bad news. Glad they were good news this time.” – Roberto
